To bring/wear:
Please bring socks, comfy clothes you can move in and feel sexy in (this could be leggings and a crop or something like a bodysuit), a spare pair of undies and bra to practice taking off (no nudity, this will go over your clothes), a loose button up shirt or short robe and a water bottle. If you have knee pads, bring these to protect your knees (optional, but helpful!).
